My art work is made with many mixed media: acrylic paint, oil sticks, craypas, Sumi ink, charcoal, cut-outs, bubble wrap, foil, repurposed magazine and newspaper illustrations used for transfer and collage, paint chip samples, beads and stuff from nature! What intrigues me about making art is my curiosity about design, texture, and color. I love the process of experimenting on paper to find out what I want to say and what it makes me feel. I have been an arts amateur all my life as an art maker, composer, musician, writer, dancer and theatre person (acting, directing, costuming, and more) and have sought to inspire others to find their own creative expression.
