Symbolic Modeling for People Professionals

Symbolic Modeling (SymMod for short) is a special way of making it possible to explore challenges, problems, or new opportunities using arts-based processes for gaining perspectives and insights that are not possible to acquire by thinking or talking alone. We have used this extensively in the virtual world of Second Life, but it can be applied anywhere. These two short videos will give you a taste of Symbolic Modeling.
